Staff from the Illinois Maternal and Child Health Coalition will provide an overview of the Affordable Care Act, with specific details on provisions that will affect women and children in Illinois.  

Cristal Thomas, Regional Director of the U.S. Dept of Health and Human Services (HHS) will also be on hand to provide the federal government’s perspective on implementation.
