Chicago Area Immunization Campaign (CAIC)
IMMUNIZATION SCHEDULES
Check with your health care provider to see if you and your child are up-to-date on all vaccinations. Remember that you do not have to wait until school to get your baby immunized and protected from serious diseases that can be prevented. Also, you are not done vaccinating after two years of age. It is very important for adolescents and adults to receive their vaccinations. Keep the immunization record in a safe place and take it with you to every doctor’s visit.
