Immunization CareVan


The Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH) and Blue Cross Blue Shield have an immunization CareVan that travels throughout Chicago providing free immunizations for children.  If you would like to view where the CareVan will be next, click here.


Cook County Department of Public Health


CCDPH Immunization clinics are now by appointment only.  Only the following children 0-18 years of age are eligible to receive shots: 1) children enrolled in Medicaid, 2) children who are American Indian/Alaskan Native, or 3) children without health insurance or with insurance that does not cover immunizations.
