Your health care story can make a difference! We are looking for Illinois families who are willing to share their stories and experiences about health insurance coverage. 

When people hear about individual or family stories with problems about health care, it helps others understand the existing health care crises. It also helps us solve problems and push for creative solutions in providing affordable health care for all.

By sharing a success story, it helps people realize that they might be eligible for a program and encourages them to apply.
