Health Care Programs
You may be eligible for comprehensive health insurance or other
benefits including prescription drugs. Visit the
Illinois Healthcare Website for more information and to see if
you qualify.
Low-Cost or Free Health Care Programs
With
All Kids, Illinois became the first state in the nation to
provide affordable, comprehensive health insurance for all children
through the age of 18, regardless of family income, immigration
status, or pre-existing medical condition.
Family Care offers health insurance to parents and legal
guardians living with their children 18 years old or younger who are
eligible for All Kids.
Moms and Babies is a health care coverage program for pregnant
women and their babies that covers outpatient and inpatient hospital
services for pregnant women, and for women 60 days after the baby is
born. Services to babies are covered for the baby’s first year of
life, if the mother is covered by
Moms & Babies at the time of the birth.

these programs, you may still be able to see a doctor for little
or no cost. Click

Do
you have the HFS (or State) medical card (AllKids)?
Need to Find a Doctor?
If you get benefits through a program like All Kids or Family Care,
you may be required to choose a primary care provider to be your
medical home. For help in choosing a doctor to be your medical
home, call 1-877-912-1999 or visit the website
here.
You can also call the All Kids hotline (866-255-5437) to find a
doctor in your area.
If you need help finding a dentist in your area who takes the
medical card, call Doral Dental Services at 1-888-286-2447.
