Immunization data collected through the I-CARE system will be added to any data collected through claims to determine if an IHC provider has met the criteria to receive a bonus payment for immunization rates. Providers who achieve the specified threshold for immunization rates will be eligible to receive of bonus payment of at least $20 per patient.
Participating practices will receive an in-office training scheduled at a time convenient for their practice that allows key practice staff to participate—such as during a monthly staff meeting or over the lunch hour.
