Immunization Carevan
The Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH) and Blue Cross Blue Shield have an Immunization Carevan that travels the city to provide free immunizations for children. If you would like to view a carevan schedule to find out where they will be next click here and scroll down to "Programs" then look for "Carevan Schedule". If you are interested in requesting the carevan to be at you next block party, health fair, or other event, please contact Ruby La'mon, Carevan Coordinator at 312.746.6122.
