chart:1.This is the age range in which this vaccine should be given.2.Your
infant may not need a dose of Hep B at 4 months of age depending on the type
of vaccine that your healthcare provider uses.3.Your infant may not need a
dose of Hib vaccine at 6 months of age depending on the type of vaccine that
your healthcare provider uses.4.All children between the ages of 6 and 59
months should receive vaccination for influenza in the fall of each
year.First time vaccinees < 9 should receive 2 doses,separated by at least 4
weeks.5.This dose of DTaP may be given as early as 12 months if it has been
6 months since the previous dose and if you think you might not return for
more shots by the time your child is 18 months of age.

healthcare provider.1.If your child’s vaccinations are delayed or
missed entirely,they should be given as soon as possible.2.All girls and
women ages 9–26 years should be vaccinated with 3 doses of HPV vaccine,with
an interval of at least 2 months between #1 and #2 and 6 months between #1
and #3.3.If you have a teenager who is enrolling in college and planning to
live in a dormitory and hasn’t previously been vaccinated against
meningococcal disease,they should be vaccinated now. |
