ACTION ALERTS
Urge your
legislators to protect children and families!
Urge your legislators
today to support a fair budget that will:
1. Increase the
personal income tax to 5% to create a more consistent revenue
source to support health care, human services and education;
2. Protect low
and moderate-income families with an increase in the state
earned income tax credit (EITC); and
3. Expand and
update the state sales tax base to capture additional revenue
from services.
Click here to see how
your legislators voted on key tax legislation. Thanks to Voices
for Illinois Children for providing this roll call list.
